Preparation Time: 30 minutes
If you are having a home date dinner with the one you love or having a family gathering dinner in your home, try to serve this not so sweet but not so salty stir fry honey garlic chicken. All you need to do is prepare the following:
Saute Broccoli. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet. Add the broccoli. Saute until tender and caramelized. Cook for 5 minutes.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Add another tablespoon of oil in the same pan. Add the garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
For the sauce, combine soy sauce, water, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add the mix sauce into the pan along with the broccoli and chicken breasts.
For the slurry, add the cornstarch in a mixing bowl with a tablespoon of cold water. Slowly whisk the cornstarch mixture into the sauce. Simmer until the sauce has thickened for about 2 minutes.
Best being served with salt and pepper and with sesame seeds for garnish.
