Homemade Fruity Honey Gummies

Did you know that there is a vitamin C in honey? Some of it is ascorbic acid along with minerals such as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium and zinc. Therefore, if you have a kid at home, they will surely enjoy this gummies! 

This gummy is healthy for everyone that you love cause you can make a no-sugar-added into this.

All the ingredients you need are this three:

1. 1 cup of Juice (grape, apple, etc) 

2. 2 1/2 tbsp gelatin powder

3. 2 tbsp Honey

4. Food coloring (Optional)

Follow this simple instruction:

1. In a small saucepan, combine the juice, gelatin, and honey (1 drop of food coloring) in a small saucepan. Cook in a medium-low heat until the gelatin is dissolved.

2.Remove from heat. You can use a dropper or a glass so you can pour it into molds. You can choose what design of gummy candies you want. 

3. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 

4. Press them out on the bottom of the molds.

Take note: If you want to do three kinds of colors for your gummy candies, you need to cook it in a different pans or after the first color you finish cooking.
