⅓ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger (optional)
1lb medium uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined,
2 tablespoons olive oil
- Whisk your honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together in a medium bowl.
- Place your shrimp in a large ziplock bag or tupperware. Pour half of the marinade mixture on top and give it all a shake or stir and then allow the shrimp to marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or up to 8-12 hours for more flavor.
- Heat your skillet and pour olive oil over a medium heat. Place your shrimp in the skillet. Cook the shrimp on one side until pink for about 45 seconds and then flip the shrimp over. Pour the remaining Marinade and cook it all until shrimp is cooked through for about a minute more.
- Serve your cooked and delicious shrimp with your marinade sauce and garnish some greens of your choice.
