Honey Glazed Tilapia

A 15 minute recipe with a good amount of protein and full of vitamins and minerals is what you will get in using Tilapia as your main ingredient in this recipe, adding another ingredient that will take finesse in your recipe is Ioway Raw Honey that will compliment the benefits of the Tilapia and the natural flavor that it will bring out in this dish. 


2 tbsp Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Ioway Raw Honey

4 Tilapia Fillets 

1 tbsp Oil

1 lime, cut into edges


  1. In a bowl, mix in the soy sauce and honey and brush over you Tilapia Fillets.
  2. Heat your non-stick frying pan over a medium. Add your oil and then wait for seconds and then add your Tilapia fillets. Cook through for 10 minutes until your desired texture but recommended for you to cook the fish until a knife tip inserted on the thickest part of the fish and hold for 10 seconds knife comes out warm, fry 3-5 minutes on each side and serve with lime edges.
